1. No God-Modding: This is basically defined as controlling another persons character, forcing things to happen to them without them having a chance to react, or anything like this. You get three warnings at most before you start getting temporarily banned. Continued offense will get you banned for life.
2. No Meta gaming. Your character should ONLY know things that are publicly known or he/she has learned in a thread. Just because you know it doesn't mean your character knows it. Also you may not have ANY idea what the other character is thinking, also if the character is setting up a trap unless you have a high mental stat you should NOT figure it out. You only get two warnings for this before the temp bans come on, again continued offense will equal a ban for life.
3. No FLAMING. You should NOT be disrespectful to other players. If their breaking rules or calling you names, TELL A STAFF do not retaliate. Even if it is in self-defense, flaming will NOT be tolerated. First three offenses will equal 2 hour bans. After that you will be banned for multiple days and soon banned for life.
4. No Badgering. This is when you seem to only be on the board to cause problems, or even if you are just plain causing a lot of OOC problems. If I see you are the fuse for more than a couple arguments, as well as receive complaints, you will be punished. The LEAST you will get is a day ban for this, as causing OOC drama is rarely accidental.
5. No Useless Posts. I would say spam but that has too many definitions. Basically if you post in a thread OOC it should have to do with the FIRST post in the thread or the current discussions going on in it. Don't drop by to ask a question to someone who has posted above you that isn't related to the topic. This will get quite a few warnings but continued offense will be treated just as the other rules.
6. Respect freedom of speech. As long as someone isn't alienating anyone or any group of members specifically or being ignorant toward the member-base, they may voice their complaints as they please. Calling it whining or useless whether you think their argument is worth of respect or not will not be tolerated. If you wish to prove them wrong, do it in a civil manner.
